This Privacy Policy explains how CellHub ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use the CellHub WebRTC Dialer platform ("Service") at autodialer.center.

1. Information We Collect

Account Information: When you register, we collect your name, email address, company name, and password (stored as a secure hash).

SIP/VoIP Configuration: We store SIP server credentials and configuration data that you provide to enable calling functionality.

Call Data Records (CDR): We log call metadata including dialed numbers, call duration, timestamps, and call disposition. We do not record call audio.

Campaign Data: Phone number lists, campaign settings, IVR configurations, and callback schedules you create within the platform.

Usage Data: We collect logs of platform activity including login times, IP addresses, and feature usage for security and troubleshooting purposes.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide, operate, and maintain the Service
• To authenticate your identity and secure your account
• To process and display call records and campaign statistics
• To troubleshoot technical issues and provide customer support
• To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, or unauthorized access
• To communicate important service updates or changes

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. We may share data only in the following limited circumstances:

• Service providers: Infrastructure providers (server hosting, SSL) who process data solely on our behalf under confidentiality obligations
• Legal requirements: When required by law, court order, or government authority
• Business transfers: In the event of a merger or acquisition, with notice to you

4. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. CDR and campaign data are retained for the duration of your subscription plus 30 days after termination, after which they are permanently deleted. You may request earlier deletion by contacting us.

5. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including HTTPS/TLS encryption for all data in transit, bcrypt hashing for passwords, firewall protection, and restricted database access. However, no system is 100% secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Cookies

We use session cookies solely to maintain your authenticated session while using the platform. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics cookies.

7. Phone Number Data

Phone numbers you upload for campaigns are stored securely and used only to facilitate calls within your account. We do not use your contact lists for any other purpose. You are responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to call the numbers in your lists.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights regarding your personal data including:

• The right to access data we hold about you
• The right to correct inaccurate data
• The right to request deletion of your data
• The right to data portability
• The right to object to certain processing

9. International Users

The Service is operated from servers in the United States. If you access the Service from outside the US, your data may be transferred to and processed in the US. By using the Service, you consent to this transfer.

10. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us data, contact us immediately.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify you of material changes via email or platform notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
